The firm provides comprehensive legal advice for businesses, offering solutions that support secure commercial transactions alongside efficient and reliable legal services.
We aim to resolve our clients’ problems as quickly and effectively as possible. Above all, we provide ongoing legal security for the decisions they make. We develop restructuring and optimisation plans and ensure that commercial contracts offer the strongest possible protection.
We provide legal services to businesses, including companies with foreign investment. Our lawyers work in English, German and Spanish as well as Polish.

Who We Advise
Our firm focuses on a clearly defined area of practice. We specialise in advising businesses, restructuring them through conversions, demergers and mergers, and implementing tax optimisation measures.
We also advise an international diversified holding company comprising businesses from different sectors of the economy. We currently provide services to five companies with foreign investment.
We also work with construction companies. We provide legal services to two property developers, one operating throughout Poland and the other across the European Union. Our team’s expertise and experience enable us to handle construction projects requiring specialist legal assistance and an understanding of market conditions. We currently advise 14 businesses in the construction sector.

Selected Projects We Have Delivered
01Handling a merger of companies operating in the alcoholic beverages trading sector.
02Handling mergers of companies in the textile trading sector. The steps taken enabled companies with foreign investment to consolidate their operations.
03Restructuring sole traders through the formation of a limited partnership or limited liability company. The client reduced business risk while retaining a favourable tax treatment.
04Reorganising the assets of an automotive services client by separating an organised part of the business and contributing it in kind to another company, thereby streamlining the corporate structure.
05Merging a company with a partnership. Capital worth EUR 25,000,000 was transferred and the acquiring company’s share capital was significantly increased.
06Contributing assets worth EUR 11,500,000 in kind to a company registered in another European Union Member State.
07Separating an organised part of a client’s business and contributing it in kind to a company registered in another European Union Member State.
08Advising on and overseeing the acquisition of all rights and obligations in a medical-sector partnership, together with amendments to its partnership agreement. The client acquired a fully functioning business.
09Planning legal succession in the event of death or other unforeseen circumstances for a client who operated as a sole trader and held interests in commercial companies.
10Representing a client in court proceedings concerning the settlement of company assets worth PLN 8,000,000 following a partner’s withdrawal.
11Due diligence on real estate with a combined value of PLN 80 million.
