At the firm, he handles tax, business and commercial matters. He also advises on business succession through comprehensive restructuring projects, covering tax, commercial and civil law, and provides ongoing legal support. 

He develops restructuring concepts tailored to each business’s individual needs and implements them through company conversions, mergers and divisions.

He has led numerous restructuring and tax optimisation projects for businesses in the construction, telecommunications and automotive industries, achieving tax savings and changes to their legal structure.

From 2008 to 2012, he worked at a legal advisers’ firm as a tax and business specialist, handling commercial, inheritance and family matters and the related tax issues. He previously gained experience with an international tax advisory group.

Tomasz Wojdal graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. He is also a graduate of Maastricht University in the Netherlands, where he studied comparative law, including US and Dutch law, and European law with a focus on taxation.

His current professional interests include tax and commercial law, estate planning and business restructuring.

He is a co-author of the publication “Doradca podatkowy podczas kontroli skarbowej” (“The Tax Adviser During a Tax Audit”).
