Free Review of B2B Contracts before a Labour Inspectorate Inspection

Would your B2B contracts withstand an inspection by the National Labour Inspectorate? In response to PIP’s new powers, our firm is launching a free B2B contract review initiative.

01

The Labour Inspectorate’s New Powers

Following an inspection, the new rules allow PIP to issue a decision establishing an employment relationship where an arrangement conducted on a B2B basis actually has the characteristics of employment.

Reclassifying a B2B relationship as employment will generally create additional costs and obligations for the company, particularly social insurance contributions and tax advance payments, holiday entitlement, possible overtime settlements and the risk of a fine for breaches of employment law.

02

What the Free Review Covers

As part of the initiative, we will examine your B2B contracts for clauses characteristic of employment and indicate whether their wording creates a risk that PIP could challenge the chosen form of cooperation.

The initiative runs from 29 September 2026 to 31 January 2027. Please send enquiries with your contracts to our firm’s email address: sekretariat@krs-adwokaci.pl.
